Can I choose my own design and colours for the Garzetta Ardea?

Our Bespoke Programme is available for the Garzetta Ardea, giving customers the chance to create their own unique Ardea Mini PC. We are very interested in your design ideas and will be very happy to oblige if technically feasible. Any possible additional costs will be submitted for your consideration via email in advance. Please contact us at bespoke@garzetta.eu for more information about our Bespoke Programme.

Can I choose different hardware?

Our webshop always contains an exhaustive list of the hardware options we offer. However, if you have preferences with regard to the manufacturers of the system memory, solid state drive, operating system or hard drive, please do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to info@garzetta.eu.

Can you preinstall another operating system and/or software?

At the moment we offer the latest versions of Microsoft Windows. If you would like us to preinstall a different operating system on your Garzetta Ardea, do not hesitate to send us an email at info@garzetta.eu.

Can I order my Garzetta Ardea without a hard drive or RAM?

If you have special wishes with regard to the hardware and software in your Garzetta Ardea please contact us at info@garzetta.eu. We are happy to oblige if technically feasible.

Can you preinstall a media player on my Garzetta Ardea?

If a customer so chooses we ensure you can autostart Kodi directly at boot. You can select this option when ordering a Garzetta Ardea in our webshop. If you would like another media player preinstalled on your Ardea, please let us know by sending an email to info@garzetta.eu.

I want to use more than 4 USB devices. Is that possible?

You can buy a suitable hub from a retailer or in our webshop. This will allow you to connect additional devices, including USB if you so choose.

Can I order peripheral devices together with my Garzetta Ardea?

You can order various additional devices when you configure your Garzetta Ardea in our webshop. Do not hesitate to contact us at info@garzetta.eu if you have special requests. We are happy to oblige if so possible.

Purchasing process

What happens to the personal data I provide during the purchasing process?

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the purchasing process and internal purposes. For further information please consult our privacy policy.

What if an item is not in stock?

You will be informed during the ordering process if an item or component is out of stock.

I want to use a specific delivery company. Is that possible?

If you would like to order a Garzetta Ardea and have it send to you by a courier service of your own choice, please contact us in advance at info@garzetta.eu. We are very happy to oblige if possible.

Can I get my Garzetta Ardea gift wrapped?

Yes, when ordering a Garzetta Ardea in our webshop you can choose to have your Garzetta Ardea gift wrapped.

How do I contact Garzetta Design?

Is the CPU (Central Processing Unit) of the Garzetta Ardea upgradeable?

Unfortunately we cannot upgrade the CPU of the Garzetta Ardea due to technical restrictions. But if you would like to upgrade your entire system in due course please do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to info@garzetta.eu.

How can I connect my old PC screen to my Garzetta Ardea?

You can order the right connection for all common PC screens in our webshop.

Payment

What kind of payment methods do you offer?

We want to offer our customers as many suitable payment methods as possible. That is why we have asked Mollie B.V. to handle the payments in our webshop. Of course we can also send you an invoice via post or email.

Can I pay by invoice?

We are happy to send you an invoice via post or email. Your product will be manufactured and sent to you after payment is received.

What additional costs will I incur when ordering from outside the European Union?

Orders from outside the European Union are not subject to Dutch VAT and, in that case, we will detract 21% Dutch VAT from the product price as mentioned in our webshop. Please note that any possible costs related to customs, tariffs and VAT in the country of delivery will be charged to the customer by the courier service.

Can you inform me about possible custom costs, tariffs and VAT related to importing a Garzetta Ardea into a country outside the European Union?

We regret we cannot inform you about country-specific tariffs, customs and VAT regulations outside the European Union. Before ordering, we advise you to contact the customs agency in the country to which you want your Garzetta Ardea to be sent. Please note that any possible costs related to customs, tariffs and VAT outside the European Union will be charged to you by the courier service.

Delivery

How are order shipped?

We use various courier services to deliver our products. If you would like to order a Garzetta Ardea and have it send to you by a courier service of your own choice, please contact us in advance at info@garzetta.eu. We are very happy to oblige if possible.

How long does delivery take?

Within The Netherlands delivery takes 2 or 3 days. Outside The Netherlands delivery takes 1 to 9 days.

Do you charge shipping costs?

The shipping costs for all destinations are calculated and displayed automatically during the ordering process.

It regularly takes 2 weeks for a Garzetta Ardea to be produced and sent to a customer. Why so long?

Every Garzetta Ardea is produced with the utmost care by artisans and small specialised companies. Due to the nature of production we can produce in advance only to a certain extent. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@garzetta.eu if you have further questions about production time.

I want to change the delivery address for my shipment. Is that possible?

If you want to change the delivery address for your shipment, contact Garzetta Design as soon as possible by sending an email to info@garzetta.eu.

Warranty

What is the warranty period granted by Garzetta Design for its products?

We warrant you a 24-month warranty on all our products. This warranty is subjected to the exclusions and limitations contained in the limited warranty document.

What does the warranty cover?

We advise you to consult the limited warranty document. Do not hesitate to ask us any further questions or comments about the warranty coverage by sending us an email at support@garzetta.eu.

What should I do if there is a problem with my device?

We strongly urge you to inform us of your problem by sending an email to support@garzetta.eu. We will try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
